The Philadelphia Eagles face the Washington Commanders on Sunday Night Football at Northwest Stadium in Landover, Maryland.

Kickoff is scheduled for 8:20 p.m. ET on October 25. Washington enters the game as a 6-point favorite against Philadelphia.

The Eagles are attempting to end a five-game losing streak. They fell 38-21 to the Dallas Cowboys on Monday Night Football. Their record stands at 2-5, leaving them third in the NFC East.

The Commanders are 1-4-1 and sit fourth in the division. Washington lost 23-17 to the San Francisco 49ers on October 19. The team is 1-1-1 at home this season.

Both rosters lack their top offensive threats. Washington wide receiver Terry McLaurin is out for the year with a knee injury. Philadelphia quarterback Jalen Hurts is out for the year with blood clots.

Running back Saquon Barkley is expected to play for Philadelphia despite a back issue in Monday's loss. Barkley has 43 carries for 244 yards and one touchdown in five games. Washington quarterback Jayden Daniels has completed 64.7% of his passes for 759 yards and five touchdowns in four starts. He has also rushed 25 times for 213 yards and two touchdowns.

SportsLine's model, which simulates each game 10,000 times, projects 43 combined points. The model predicts the total will exceed the 40.5 point over/under. It notes the over has hit in eight of the last 10 meetings between these teams. The model is 58-51 on top-rated picks since 2024.
